Job Overview
TÜV Rheinland is seeking a skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining automated test cases to ensure the highest level of software quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test cases using industry-standard tools and frameworks
- Analyze and document test results to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the development team to optimize software quality and resolve defects
- Analyze and document test outcomes in partnership with business units to drive quality improvements
- Lead defect identification and resolution processes to ensure timely resolution
- Innovate and implement test automation strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent expertise
- 2 years of experience in software development with a focus on testing and quality assurance
- Desirable experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG
- Strong English communication skills (min. B2)
- Good Spanish communication skills
- Basic knowledge of ITIL
- Knowledge of agile working methods
- Technical understanding and quality awareness
- Experience working with international and intercultural teams
