We are seeking a seasoned Iberian Market Lead to drive our Pharmaceutical Products division forward in the region. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, building strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering outstanding results for assigned products.

Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Developing and implementing local marketing plans to achieve sales, profit, and market share goals">
  • Liaising with multiple business functions and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated activities and effective communication">
  • Developing promotional materials based on product strategy and working closely with the Field Force to communicate key messages">
  • Ensuring all activities comply with the Pharma Code and existing laws">
  • Measuring the impact of marketing actions and proposing local market research initiatives">
  • Monitoring local market trends and managing the CRM System">
  • Collecting data from the field to inform relevant product initiatives and providing recommendations for new actions to exceed sales and market shares">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA is preferred">
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related field in the pharmaceutical industry">
  • 2-4 years of product management experience is preferred">
  • A willingness to travel up to 20%">

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical plans, life insurance, and a retirement plan.
