At Farmhispania, we are seeking a highly skilled EHS Technician to join our team. As an EHS Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with environmental and sustainability standards, and contributing to the development of our company's EHS and Sustainability activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Prevention Service to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Propose, prepare, and review reports and procedures using document management software.
- Collect data for sustainability metrics and KPIs and propose improvements to working and environmental conditions.
- Collaborate in the legal compliance with the Prevention, Environmental, and Sustainability Standards, as well as in the commitments acquired by the company.
- Use online data reporting platforms, programs, and calculation tools.
- Participate in the definition and delivery of internal training programs for the workforce.
- Participate in customer meetings, audits, verifications, and inspections.
- Follow-up the evolution of metrics and KPIs.
- Follow-up the compliance with the prescriptions established in the Environmental Authorization.
- Education: Industrial or Chemical Engineer preferred.
- Languages: Spanish and high-level English (C1 or native), written and oral skills.
- Master in Occupational Risk Prevention (three technical specialities) will be considered.
- Training in Sustainability (organisational carbon footprint, product, SBTi, CDP, EcoVadis, reporting, etc.) will be considered.
- Advanced level of Office (especially Excel, for data analysis and management).
- Ability of team working.
- Good communication skills.
