We are seeking a skilled Safety and Sustainability Specialist to play a critical role in maintaining our commitment to environmental compliance and risk prevention. This position requires expertise in implementing corporate policies, managing risks, analyzing incidents, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and adapt corporate policies to plant procedures to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Develop and execute risk evaluation plans and define EHS programs and training.
- Analyze and investigate incidents/accidents, identifying corrective actions and improvements.
- Coordinate legal inspections and audits and develop control measures for contractors.
- Supervise the Environmental Management System and participate in various Centers of Excellence (COEs).

The Ideal Candidate:
To excel in this role, you will need a Master's Degree in Health & Safety and a formal course in Environmental Studies. You should possess broad experience in health, safety, and environmental activities and a good knowledge of production engineering. Strong communication skills are essential, including a good command of English, both speaking and writing.
