About the Role:
Create a warm welcome for every guest and set the tone for their dining experience as a Restaurant Server Host at Kimpton Aysla Mallorca. You will describe our selection of drinks and menu items, highlighting their origin, taste, and preparation methods. Ensure our food and beverages are well stocked and maintain a clean and organized working area. You may also be required to assist with other duties such as serving room service or the bar, and supervising the pool area to ensure our guests follow the rules.
What We Need:
2+ years of experience working in a hotel or restaurant environment. Fluency in local language and English, with additional languages valued. A proactive, positive, dynamic, and empathetic individual with a passion for service.
