About the Role
As an Associate Early Talent Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in the full cycle recruiting process for Account Development Representatives into our Sales Development department. This includes sourcing, resume review, initial phone interviews, interview management, and offer delivery. You will partner with our Sales Leadership team to recruit and hire top talent, delivering an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining a high touch and personalized process.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 1+ year working experience in sales recruiting or a relevant function
- Exposure to the high volume and fast-paced world of early talent
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with the entire Gsuite is beneficial
- Proficiency working in Greenhouse ATS is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel if necessary
