We are looking for a highly skilled Software Development Support Specialist

To join our team, you will need to have extensive experience in software development and a strong understanding of technical systems. Your main responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to our customers.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills, able to work effectively in a global team environment. You will need to be fluent in English and proficient in a range of programming languages including Java, Docker, and Linux.

Your day-to-day tasks will include handling incoming reports, researching and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with our cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 3+ years of experience in software development, primarily in Java
  • Proficiency in web technologies, databases like MySQL, and infrastructure and network technologies
  • Experience with containers, Linux, and Bash, Python, PHP, Perl, Java, Tomcat, Nginx is an advantage
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
