Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mall Operations Strategist to join our team at Sm Supermalls. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving profitable mall operations and implementing programs to enhance the physical value of our properties.

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure profitable mall operations

  • Effectively implement policies, guidelines, and procedures across all areas

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical and Mechanical), Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or any other related field. You must also have extensive experience in Marketing and Sales, Property Development, Building Administration, Customer Service, and Business Operations in a managerial capacity.

Location
