Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our business customers, ensuring their travel needs are met with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Offer support and answer travel-related questions to business customers before, during, and after their travels, and log all interactions.
  • Travel Arrangements: Make new flight reservations and change existing reservations in Amadeus, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Customer Experience: Contribute to a positive customer experience through responsible treatment of each contact, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and quality.
  • Communication: Inform customers on methods used to resolve problems and support options available, such as online tutorials and in-store programs.
  • Performance Targets: Achieve performance targets defined by the project, guaranteeing client satisfaction and high levels of quality in a timely manner.
  • Professional Development: Provide information, solutions, and advice to customers regarding our services, while maintaining effective communication and professional relationships.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native level of Norwegian and good level of English.
  • Experience: Previous working experience within hospitality, with experience in Amadeus and ticketing skills a plus.
  • Customer Service: Professional attitude, strong written and verbal customer service skills, and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Computer Skills: User-level knowledge of computer technology.
  • Teamwork: Dynamic, self-motivated, open-minded, and willing to work in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and commitment to job, ready to contribute to the success of the company and project.
  • Citizenship: EU Citizenship or valid work permit for Spain.

What We Offer:

  • Full-Time Position: Full-time position with either Monday-Sunday 08:00-19:00 or Monday-Sunday 14:00-00:00.
  • Salary and Bonus: 1650€ per month plus performance-based bonus 200€ per month.
