- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach.
