Data Governance and Analytics Senior Manager
As a Data Governance and Analytics Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex ecosystems of stakeholders and leaders, driving change management in core business processes and systems, and establishing a data-driven culture through relevant governance and data literacy actions.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize major data challenges, develop plans and resources to address them, and manage change with functional leads. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Scope and Plan: Identify, prioritize, and confirm major data challenges and agree on plans and resources to tackle them.
- Intervene: Address immediate data gaps and drive operating model, major process, and system changes while managing change with functional leads.
- Stabilize: Deploy continuous improvement processes and mindsets to key functional teams or departments (correct data issues and address underlying structural process, system, or cultural root causes).
- Optimize: Review major business processes to identify and implement simplification and digitalization opportunities.
- Govern: Establish performance reviews to ensure identified goals are achieved.
