Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Financial Director to join our team in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial management of our ATM business in the region, aligning with business targets as Business Partners, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting through control functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnership and Development
- Drive business performance through business partnership and provide sound financial guidance to Country Managers and other heads of function to aid effective decision-making.
- Align, integrate, and collaborate with functional market/regional leadership teams to ensure focus on common objectives.
- Prepare financial analysis for business initiatives to support decision-making processes.
- Financial Controlling
- Analyze P&L, Cash Flow, KPIs, and Capex to provide accurate financial risk assessments and guide sound business decisions.
- Prepare and submit 18-month rolling forecasts and analyze results to adjust and realign plans and forecasts.
- Review and challenge results, and prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports to Business to improve control and support decision-making.
- People Management
- Work together with various financial and business stakeholders to attract, engage, and develop talent, and assess and ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Manage through a quickly changing, volatile, demanding, and growing business environment, balancing short- and long-term perspectives, and maintaining focus on the long-term despite constant pressure to deliver in the short-term.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in Finance within a multinational organization, preferably in industries with high transaction volume.
- Experience with full end-to-end financial procedures.
- Strong organizing, planning, and controlling ability.
