We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer support specialist to join our team at CPM International. As a key member of our global support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for New Balance customers across the EMEA region.

As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You will work collaboratively with customers to resolve their queries and provide accurate information about New Balance products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and support via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Developing a deep understanding of New Balance products and services
  • Working collaboratively with customers to resolve their queries and provide accurate information
  • Offering an omnichannel service to customers, including providing product information and resolving queries across various channels
  • Becoming an expert on all things New Balance and staying up-to-date with the latest products and services

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be fluent in French and have a high level of English, both written and spoken.

As a customer support specialist, you will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and you will need to be able to multitask and work well under pressure. You will also need to be proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.

We offer a competitive salary of €14,625 gross per year, as well as a range of benefits, including:

  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
  • Hybrid working arrangement: 4 days per month at the office and for training purposes
