About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Consultant to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Senior IT Consultant, you will work closely with our clients' leadership teams to understand their key challenges and develop tailored IT strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to define IT strategies and win buy-in for recommendations
  • Deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms, and architecture to leverage digital potential
  • Evaluate and coach clients' technology teams, manage quality and risk, and maintain client expectations
  • Develop innovative projects by enabling clients to effectively use agile methods in strategic IT implementation
  • Guide junior team members, assist with project proposals, client care, and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in IT Strategy and consulting, professional software development, or IT project management
  • Prior IT consulting experience or similar roles focused on technology and digital initiatives
  • Strong technical expertise in at least two of the following areas: Solution & Enterprise Architecture; IT Modernisation, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Big Data, Data Platforms, Physical & Digital Channels (Including Mobile), ERP (SAP) & Manufacturing Platforms, Banking & Insurance Platforms, DevOps & Bimodal IT
  • Experience in legacy environments and modern technology approaches
  • Track record of Agile consulting and advisory
  • Strong business acumen and ability to frame complex problems
  • University degree in a STEM related field or business management
  • Fluent in English and Spanish mandatory
