Job Description

Senior Fullstack Engineer - Carriers and Drivers Department

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our Carriers and Drivers department in Berlin, Barcelona, or Madrid. As a key member of our Asset Planning team, you will play a crucial role in developing a logistics platform that efficiently manages and schedules assets such as trucks, trailers, and drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and innovate new solutions within our team's scope, brainstorming new ideas, solving complex problems, and transforming them into actionable designs.
  • Take ownership of the team's components and libraries, ensuring their consistency and effectiveness, and lead architectural designs and guide mid-sized projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with product managers to design and plan features that are ready for launch, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Engage in and contribute to sennder's inner source projects, enhancing and sharing your expertise within the broader tech community.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fullstack engineering, with a strong background in software development and a passion for innovation.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers and drive quality across the stack.
  • Strong understanding of event-driven microservice architecture and micro-frontend framework, with experience in improving engineering standards and processes.
