Vi søger en erfaren Collections Specialist med dansk som modersmål til vores kontor i Barcelona. Som Collections Specialist vil du være ansvarlig for at sikre rettidig betaling af fakturaer og implementere kontoadministration, betalingsopfordring og opkrævningsaktiviteter for salg gennem flere indtægtsstrømme.

Ansvarsområder
  • Analyse og afstemning af en stor portefølje af kundekonti for at reducere og minimere forfaldne saldi.
  • Tage udgående kontakt til kunder for at sikre rettidig betaling af fakturaer.
  • Implementere permanent kontoadministration, afstemning og kontoanalyse.
  • Implementere kredit/kontostyring, konstatering af betalingsmønstre og evt. implementering af korrigerende tiltag.
  • Hjælpe med at sikre at mål for gæld og likviditet opfyldes på kvartals-/månedsbasis.
  • Sikre at alle hovedbøger holdes rene og afstemte.
  • Sikre fuld overholdelse af alle tilhørende interne og Sarbox-kontroller.
