About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Madrid Civil team. As a key member of our team, you will work on a wide range of projects, from feasibility studies to detailed designs, and collaborate with clients from the private and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work autonomously on small projects or portions of larger projects, adhering to established procedures and practices related to civil infrastructure.
  • Prepare design calculations and reports related to civil infrastructure elements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform civil engineering work in accordance with agreed-upon budget and schedule, with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct self-checks of work products and participate in quality control reviews of documentation originated by equally or less experienced staff.
  • Identify discrepancies in results and prepare project deliverables for review by senior team members.
  • Provide guidance to entry-level engineers and contribute to the development of the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Knowledge of German (oral and written) is considered favorably.
  • Proven track record of working in civil projects, ideally 3-5 years.
  • Knowledge of Autocad Civil3D or any other geometric design software is a must.
