Job Title: National Post-Award Grants Manager

Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is a public sector institution that promotes and develops innovative biomedical research at the University Hospital Vall d'Hebron. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a National Post-Award Grants Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the scientific community at Vall d'Hebron throughout the full lifecycle of national competitive projects.
  • Encourage and support researchers in the pursuit of national competitive funding for research.
  • Contribute to the development of quality proposals and detect opportunities for funding.
  • Manage and coordinate post-award grants, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with researchers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • University degree related to job duties.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Catalan and/or Spanish.
  • Experience in financial management and grant administration.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
