Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our STERIS team who will serve as a reference contact person for customers, sales teams, and sales networks regarding clinical and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will support customers in utilizing STERIS solutions, explaining features and benefits, and provide a strong presence in the CSSD and Endoscopy arena. The Clinical Specialist will also assist customers in resolving issues they may face during the supply process and support the tendering process by preparing technical documents.

Responsibilities
  • Perform in-service, courses, demos, and hospital staff training for the use of products.
  • Regularly visit customers to meet their needs, increase customer loyalty, and guide customers in the correct use of products and answer technical questions.
  • Support internal sales team training.
  • Maintain technical documentation up-to-date and organized for easy retrieval, including translation or validation of regulatory, marketing, and training materials.
  • Support the delivery of technical documents for tenders, together with the sales team.
  • Support the organization of congresses, including presence and demos at the stand.
  • Support marketing activities from a clinical perspective, both internally and externally.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree.
  • 2 or more years of work experience in areas such as Clinical Specialist, Sales Specialist, Field Service Engineer, or Product Specialist.
  • Experience in performing in-service, courses, demos, and hospital staff training.
  • Experience in managing customer visits to meet their needs and increase customer loyalty.
  • Able to maintain technical documentation up-to-date.

  • Product and clinical knowledge.
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
