Pharmacovigilance Specialist

Viatris Pharmaceuticals S.L. is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacovigilance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Pharmacovigilance Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our products and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage incoming Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) for drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, and food supplements.
- Perform ICSR reconciliations with stakeholders and assist in the review of Pharmacovigilance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of local Pharmacovigilance procedures and tools.
- Participate in audits and inspections, and perform quality and compliance work.
- Assist in Risk Management Plan activities and Direct Healthcare Professional Communications.
- Identify and establish pharmacovigilance agreements, and maintain them up-to-date.
- Support Customer Engagement Program activities, such as digital media, Market Research Programs, and Patient Support Programs.
- Assist in local PSUR/ACO work.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in health science and prior experience in Pharmacovigilance and case processing (minimum 1-2 years). Fluency in Spanish and English (oral and writing) is required, with a C1 Advanced qualification or equivalent. Strong organizational skills and computer literacy are essential.
