For our central office in Barcelona, we are seeking a Master Data Product Trainee. This individual will be responsible for managing the product database in GrandVision Portugal's systems to support purchasing and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master data management using SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel
- Creation, extension, and maintenance of product references
- Application of correct workflow
- Validation of creation or modification of products in the databases
- General management of ticketing platforms
Other Activities:
- Participation in generic mailbox management
- General support for daily operations
- Contact with the headquarters in Italy
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent in Economics or a related field
- Fluent or native level of Portuguese is mandatory. High level of English and ideally good level of Spanish (desirable)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Rigorous with ability to organize tasks and focus on details
- Strong team spirit
- Good communication skills, spoken and written
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Available for immediate start - Paid Intern contract for 6 months + 6 months
Work Details:
- Full-time position
- 8-hour workday, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid remote work in Barcelona
