Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Avery Dennison, a global materials science and digital identification solutions company, is seeking an experienced HR Representative to join our team in Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with expertise in employee experience, employment relations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Job Overview
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for providing high-quality support to all employees, with a focus on customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness. This includes evaluating and analyzing employee requests and concerns, determining the appropriate resolution, and serving as the primary country HR support for employees in the Solutions group division based in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR guidance and partnership to site management* Resolve employment relations matters with managers and employees* Support engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion activities* Assist with and become an expert at resolving employee inquiries* Prepare and create necessary data and documentation for processing changes into the HR System* Manage PeopleSoft Data Transactions* Employment contract redaction* Respond to questions on administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within Servicenow our employee portal* Answer HR policy-related questions, provide guidance to both managers and employees, and escalate as appropriate* Educate employees of services available to them and encourage self-service tools and other systems
Requirements
* Strong background in human resources, with expertise in employee experience, employment relations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks* Proficient in using HR systems and software applications* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field* Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
