About the Role

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer Specialist IT/OT to join our team at Gates Corporation. As a key member of our industrial and manufacturing IT team, you will be responsible for providing support and innovative solutions during our SAP S/4 Hana deployment project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support various Manufacturing IT and OT hardware and software applications.
  • Ensure seamless operation of applications including MES, QMS, CMMS, SCADA, OPC, LMS, and others.
  • Oversee and assist with technology stacks including Wonderware/Aveva Intouch/Historian, Microsoft, and SAP Manufacturing, SAP PM, SAP QM.
  • Comply with global IT service delivery and change management protocols.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing IT/OT support setting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work within cross-functional teams.
  • An adaptable and problem-solving mindset.
  • Openness to travel up to 30% within the EMEA region for project support.
