About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Node.js Backend Developer to join our team at LORIOT.

As a key member of our backend team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the back-end of our global IoT network and SaaS infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Node.js backend applications.
  • Collaborate with our front-end and embedded software teams to ensure seamless integration and a great user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of our technical and functional documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry and make informed decisions about the tools and technologies we use.
  • Help to identify and prioritize areas for improvement in our backend infrastructure and implement changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Node.js and JavaScript.
  • Excellent knowledge of software development principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English, with any other languages an asset.
