We are seeking a highly skilled International Tax Manager to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our international tax unit, you will play a vital role in supporting our global operations and ensuring tax compliance and efficiency across our international footprint.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize tax incentives for the Group, ensuring maximum benefits and minimizing tax liabilities.
- Monitor and control the Group's effective tax rate, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to reduce tax burdens.
- Support Amadeus Group Companies in tax litigation procedures, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
- Review tax clauses in Amadeus agreements, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations and principles.
- Manage tax contingencies, coordinating with the Group Accounting department to minimize risks and maximize tax savings.
- Conduct continuous analysis to identify tax efficiencies, implementing changes to optimize tax strategies and reduce tax liabilities.
- Provide tax advisory and support to various business units, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations and principles.
- Review DST regulations in each country and prepare DST declarations for all Amadeus companies, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Handle tax audits related to DST, working closely with the Group Accounting department to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Support the M&A department with tax analysis of potential acquisitions, including due diligence and structuring.
- Assist the legal department with tax contract reviews, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations and principles.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced International Tax Manager who possesses a strong understanding of international tax regulations and principles. You will have at least 5 years of experience in international tax roles and a degree in Finance, Taxation, Accounting, or a related field. You will be able to analyze complex tax issues and identify optimal solutions, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
