Job Title: Quality Auditor

The Quality Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring that our organization meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting regular audits to verify that our internal policies and procedures are being implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct periodic and unannounced audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Review and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a quality assurance or auditing role, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of local and international aviation regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
