We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Second Steward/ess to join our team on a very busy, private, dual season Motor Yacht.
The role is primarily service-focused, requiring an excellent understanding and level of experience in a range of service styles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests and crew members
- Assist with daily operations and maintenance of the yacht
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in senior service roles on yachts over 50m
- STCW, ENG1, PDSD, and B1B2 certifications
- Schengen visa (if required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
