Education and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a university education in Pharmacy and a strong understanding of quality management systems.

Experience

Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in QC/QA/Laboratory or production areas in Life Sciences/Food/Biotechnological or Analytical laboratory companies. They will have a proven track record of working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment and have excellent communication and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of our Quality Management System. They will ensure the application and constant improvement of our quality assurance system, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards.

Key Skills and Qualities

We are looking for a candidate who is methodical, organized, and meticulous in their approach. They will be proactive and decisive, with excellent communication and reporting capabilities. They will also have a strong understanding of quality management systems and be able to support in documental review of technical documentation, specifications, certificates of analysis.

Additional Responsibilities

The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting in Quality Management System recording and monitoring deviations, change control, claims, corrective, and preventive actions. They will prepare related documentation and research, as well as carry out their follow-up. They will also support during internal and external audits, supplier evaluation, follow-up, and materials homologation, and customer satisfaction management.
