**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Coach to join our team at Shiji Group. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our ReviewPro products by our clients in the DACH region.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Monitor client onboarding progress and provide support to ensure a seamless transition to our products.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to clients on the ReviewPro tool and best practices in the hospitality industry.
  • Identify opportunities to increase client adoption and engagement with our products, and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to resolve any issues or bugs, and work closely with Sales Teams to support the renewal process.
  • Proactively monitor client health and happiness levels, and develop targeted plans to address any areas of concern.
  • Stay up-to-date on new product features and communicate these to clients, ensuring they are aware of the latest enhancements and benefits.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in customer success, customer support, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted plans to drive results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
