The RoleWe are seeking a visionary and experienced Sr. Product Manager to lead our AI product strategy and execution in Vehicle Claims.
This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and customer needs.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions that align with our business objectives and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the product strategy for AI products in Vehicle Claims, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer feedback, market research, and business impact.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing product development and positioning.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, translating insights into product requirements and enhancements.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI products, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technology and industry best practices, fostering a culture of innovation within the product team.
- Ensure that AI products adhere to ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on AI or related technologies.
