We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our efforts in developing strategic partnerships with consulting firms. As Senior Associate Director, Head Consulting Sector, you will play a critical role in connecting our diverse student body with exceptional career opportunities in the consulting sector.
In this role, you will develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to attract top-tier consulting firms to IE University. You will also leverage alumni networks and faculty expertise to cultivate connections with prestigious consulting firms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of employer partners, including conducting regular visits and fostering relationships.
- Represent IE University nationally and internationally at industry events and conferences (30% travel required).
- Partner with the marketing team to create compelling communication and marketing plans for recruiting events.
- Create and implement a framework for designing and monitoring Account Plans in multiple industries.
- Student Career Preparation: Coordinate consulting-specific training and events for students interested in consulting careers.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree. (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the consulting sector, preferably with a top-tier firm.
- Strong understanding of the consulting industry landscape and recruiting practices.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience coaching and mentoring students, with a focus on case interview preparation.
