Job Overview

EcoVadis, a leading provider of sustainability assessment and procurement intelligence, is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Development Representative - German Speaker. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales and sustainability, and want to make a meaningful impact in the corporate world.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual who can generate new business opportunities, conduct high-level discovery conversations with senior executives, and schedule qualified meetings for our account executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel revenue growth for EcoVadis
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations with senior executives in target accounts
  • Schedule qualified meetings for account executives
  • Evangelize the importance of sustainability and corporate social responsibility for global 500 companies
  • Leverage marketing and account executive teams to develop target lists, call strategies, and messaging
  • Maintain an activity volume with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth
  • Meet or exceed sales quota
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
  • Report results on a weekly basis, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Quarterly business plan creation, reporting, and presentation to stakeholders
  • Record and document all calls and communications in Salesforce.com

Qualifications

  • Outgoing personality with a desire to learn and build a career in sales and sustainability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • German native speaker with business proficiency in English
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, sales, and/or marketing
  • Experience working in sustainability, CSR, or B2B procurement is a plus

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
