About the Role: As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and social media, striving for first-contact resolution. You will also develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client and act as a brand ambassador.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with customers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a professional manner.
- Analyze customer problems and offer individualized solutions.
- Provide an omnichannel service to customers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
- Develop a strong understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
Requirements:
- A fluent level of Swedish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
- A high level of English (both written and spoken).
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
