About the Role

As a key member of our global organization, you will work closely with senior management to define and implement people strategies that align with business objectives. Your collaborative approach will enable effective communication across functions, ensuring seamless execution of HR core processes.

You will be the go-to person for employee counselling, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding. Your ability to navigate complex employee relations issues will be essential in driving successful negotiations and achieving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support organizational goals
  • Collaborate with business leaders to execute HR core processes, including talent development, performance management, compensation & benefits, labor law, and change management
  • Counsel employees on HR matters, fostering a positive work environment
  • Lead impactful HR projects, partnering with business units to drive growth and development
  • Provide expert guidance to business leaders on HR matters, including local labor law and strategic decision-making
Requirements
  • Educational background: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; postgraduate studies (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of HR expertise: Experience in Senior HRBP or HR Management roles within multinational, matrixed organizations
  • Generalist HR profile with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits, Organization, and Labour Relations
  • Experience with works councils and union negotiations: Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with employee representatives, works councils, and unions
  • Labor law knowledge: In-depth understanding of local labor legislation, including compliance, contracts, and employee relations matters
  • Business acumen: A strategic mindset and the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring success through people
  • Communication mastery: Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with leaders and employees at all levels
  • Data-driven approach: Expertise in using data and metrics to drive decision-making and HR strategy
  • Strategic mindset: Strong ability to align HR strategies with business needs, balancing both operational and strategic objectives
  • Collaboration skills: Experience working closely with various business leaders to implement HR initiatives that support organizational goals
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills: Ability to navigate complex employee relations issues and drive negotiations with a focus on business outcomes and employee satisfaction
