Business Growth Specialist AEC

We are looking for a talented Business Development Representative AEC UKI to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with +100 accounts in the AEC industry.
You will also identify top leads and be the first contact with potential customers, listening to their needs and wants, and determining if there is a mutual fit with Autodesk. Additionally, you will collaborate with our sales, marketing, support, operations, and product teams to streamline application and process efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have corporate work experience, prior inside/software sales experience, and a passion to develop themselves and make their way up the Autodesk ladder. They will also possess English Language proficiency and be willing to improve their sales skills through on-the-job coaching and self-learning.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per year, plus discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
