Join Our Team as a Project Developer for Renewable Energy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Developer to lead the development of Solar, Onshore Wind, and Battery Storage projects. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with local partners, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to shaping the future of sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead alliances with local partners to drive project development and ensure timely completion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government officials and key stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
  • Supervise project developers during the permitting process and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, cash flow, and guarantee-related tasks during the permitting process.
  • Lead efforts to improve project scores for capacity tenders and support the preparation of necessary documents.
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of experience in project development, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with local partners and government officials.
  • Strong understanding of the permitting process, including managing schedules, budgets, and cash flows.
  • Fluency in Spanish and a minimum of B2-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience leading project improvements and navigating capacity tenders or competitive processes.
