We are a professional dive center seeking two experienced and passionate SSI diving instructors to join our team for the 2024 season. Our company, Plongeur - La Passion De La Plongée Sous-Marine, is a close-knit family of dedicated instructors and trainees who share a love for the underwater world.
We are looking for two communicative and equally curious personalities to complete our team of 11. Our diving school is located in a beautiful bay, characterized by stunning caverns and reefs, as well as a diverse array of marine life.
**What We Offer:**
* A committed and young team that is passionate about diving and committed to excellence.
* A supportive and dynamic working environment that prioritizes fair and transparent communication.
* Structured and organized implementation of activities from the boat.
* A legal full-time contract with a maximum of 40 hours per week and two days off.
**What We Expect:**
* Passion for teaching and a commitment to excellent customer service and safety.
* Professionalism and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
* Confidence in teaching from Basic Diver to at least Open Water Diver, with any specialties welcome.
* All requirements for teaching in active status must be met.
**Language Requirements:**
* Fluency in French and English (Spanish is a plus).
* Fluency in Spanish and English (French is a plus).
