Customer Success Coach

To support our Shiji ReviewPro team, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Coach to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with our clients in the DACH region and driving growth through proactive account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for our accounts in the DACH region, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with each of your assigned accounts, understanding their unique needs and goals.
  • Monitor the status of onboarding and help clients finalize any outstanding items, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Provide training and support to our clients on the ReviewPro tool and key hospitality best practices, increasing adoption and engagement.
  • Regularly interact with clients to monitor their engagement and health/happiness levels, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to follow up on bugs and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the Sales Team to drive revenue growth.
  • Support the renewal process, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing churn.
Requirements:
  • Native level of German and professional level of English language; additional language is a plus.
  • Empathetic, people-oriented, and a great relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in account management or customer success role is preferred, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Results-driven, self-starter with a hands-on attitude and positive outlook, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
