**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Plastics Purchaser to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our purchasing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing purchasing strategies for virgin, off-grade, recycled, and scrap plastics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Execute purchase strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers.
- Coordinate logistics with our head office.
- Prospect in Spain to recruit new suppliers, possibly Portugal as well.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers for recurring business.
- Recommend future business strategy by studying market trends and other industry players.

**Requirements:**

- 1-3 years of experience in international trade/purchasing.
- Knowledge of the polymers industry, with specific experience in the trading market being a plus.
- Proficiency using a CRM system and Google Suite.
- Self-directed, organized, and demonstrated ability to develop long-term business relationships.

**Language Proficiency:**

- Spanish and English (language of work); additional languages such as French, Dutch, or others are a plus.
