Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with our sales and delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Project Delivery: Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery, including managing client expectations and communicating project progress.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate commercial offers and manage communication with clients to meet their needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience in large account management and Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and fluency in English and native-level French.
