Job Description- Be accountable for the operations of the bar on a shift basis, ensuring efficient service and high-quality drinks.
- Support revenue initiatives and maintain cost controls while providing exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate ownership of the outlet through commitment to key responsibilities, including performing basic day-to-day food and beverage service, opening and closing procedures, and maintaining product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide 5-star service and ensure efficient operation of the bar.
