Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our STERIS team. This role will serve as a reference contact person for Customers, sales teams, and sales networks regarding clinical and product knowledge. The Clinical Specialist will support Customers in the use of STERIS solutions, explaining features and benefits, including a strong presence in the CSSD and Endoscopy arena. The Specialist will also help Customers solve issues they may face during the supply process.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct in-service courses, demos, and hospital staff training for the use of our products.
  2. Regularly visit Customers to meet their needs, increase customer loyalty, and guide them in the correct use of our products and answer technical questions.
  3. Support internal sales team training.
  4. Maintain technical documentation up to date and organized for easy retrieval, including the translation or validation of regulatory, marketing, and training materials.
  5. Support the delivery of technical documents for tenders, together with the sales team.
  6. Support the organization of congresses, including presence and demos at our stand.
  7. Support marketing activities from a Clinical perspective, both internally (new business integration) and externally (Customer events).

Requirements

  1. Master's Degree.
  2. 2 or more years of work experience in areas such as Clinical Specialist, Sales Specialist, Field Service Engineer, or Product Specialist.
  3. Experience in performing in-service courses, demos, hospital staff training.
  4. Experience in managing Customer visits to meet their needs, increase customer loyalty, and guiding the Customer.
  5. Able to maintain the technical documentation up to date.
  6. Teamworking and communication skills.
  7. Communication skills (lectures, congresses, seminars).
  8. Goals-oriented approach and problem-solving mindset.
  9. Product and clinical knowledge.
  10. Good level of English, both written and spoken.
  11. Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
