Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team in Madrid, Alcobendas. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceiving and conducting user research, translating it into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that meet user needs and expectations.
  • Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Requirements
  • Technical university degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • Two or more years of UX/UI design experience.
  • Expertise in standard UX/UI software such as Figma.
  • Basic HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Atomic Design and Design Systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English (C1) and Spanish (C1).
