Join Our Team as a Swedish Speaking Junior Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swedish speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our clients launch and optimize their first online advertising campaigns on Google Ads.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in customer experience management and business process outsourcing. As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with a portfolio of new clients to help them develop Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic consultant to onboard and manage PPC campaigns for clients
  • Understand customer needs and objectives to tailor solutions
  • Increase ad spend, ensure upsell opportunities, and foster campaign sustainability
  • Handle high volumes of customer inquiries and consultations via phone
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent; MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • Strong goal orientation, with a focus on exceeding performance targets in productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive pitches and compelling proposals
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in customer interaction and business growth
  • Team player who thrives in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment
  • Swedish language proficiency at C2 level
  • High proficiency in English
What We Offer
  • Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
  • Competitive salary: 23,876 EUR gross/year + up to 3,408 EUR in bonuses
  • Hybrid working model in Barcelona
