Your Role in the Team
  • Analyze the product specification with the customer.
  • Reception of incidents via email, management tools, etc.
  • Deep analysis and detection capabilities of incidents received.
  • Management and resolution of incidents via control dashboard.
  • Attention to the requests of the different clients and users of the company's platforms.
  • Capacity to manage incident meetings with clients via telephone or in person.
  • Coordination capacity of level 1, level 2 technical and other areas for resolution of incidents.
  • Knowledge of workflows for incident/change management.
