Buscamos un/a Analista Senior para nuestro equipo de Gestión de Procesos en el área de Mercados de Capital en JLL.

Descripción del puesto

En JLL, nos apasiona la transformación digital y la innovación en el sector inmobiliario. Buscamos a un/a Analista Senior que se una a nuestro equipo de Gestión de Procesos en el área de Mercados de Capital y contribuya a nuestra misión de ser líderes en la industria.

Responsabilidades
  • Participar en el desarrollo tecnológico y tratamiento de datos para entender las necesidades del negocio y aportar soluciones innovadoras.
  • Entender las necesidades de los clientes y el resto de los compañeros del departamento desde el punto de vista tanto de negocio como tecnológico y de datos, coordinando proyectos de negocio o coordinando la carga y enriquecimiento de datos para proyectos transaccionales.
  • Ofrecer soluciones orientadas a resultados, a optimizar plazos y procesos e integrar las nuevas tecnologías en los proyectos con los principales clientes financieros e inmobiliarios de JLL.
Requisitos
  • Tener formación en Ingeniería, Matemáticas o Física.
  • Tener un nivel alto en bases de datos (principalmente SQL) y capacidad de programación valorando dominio de Python y DataBricks.
  • Ha creado modelos para explotar la información disponible que permita obtener información de valor para el análisis y la toma de decisiones.
  • Tener capacidad de leer la información de forma diferente, llegar a conclusiones relevantes y presentar los resultados de forma sugerente.
  • Tener 4-6 años de experiencia en el ámbito tecnológico, tanto en cliente final o consultoría.
