Descripción del puesto

Gestionar la arquitectura del proyecto es fundamental para garantizar su éxito. Serás responsable de:

  • Elaborar modelos 3D y planos 2D para visualizar y comprender los proyectos de edificación.
  • Gestionar la relación con el cliente y trabajar en colaboración con subcontratistas y responsables de otras disciplinas.
  • Asegurar que el proyecto cumpla con todas las regulaciones y normativas locales.

Requisitos del candidato

Para este puesto, buscamos a un/a candidato con:

  • Formación en Arquitectura Técnica y experiencia previa en proyectos grandes y complejos.
  • Muy valorable: formación en BIM y manejo avanzado de software específico como Revit, CYPE y PRESTO.
  • Nivel de inglés profesional.
Sueldo estimado

Entre 40.000€ y 60.000€ anuales, dependiendo de la experiencia y habilidades del candidato.
