About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Controller Assistant to join our team at ICL Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the general ledger of the company, preparing financial and managerial reporting, and assisting the Business Controller in various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end closing related general ledger activity
- Assist Business Controller Manager with annual audit by preparing required schedules and interacting with the external auditors
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders within the business
- Support reporting manager in the quarterly balance sheet review process
- Perform balance sheet and income statement fluctuation analysis
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when assigned by manager
About You:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious team member who is business-oriented, dedicated, and able to work independently with good time management skills. You should have a strong knowledge of general ledger operational accounting, front-end GL/reporting systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Fluency in English is required.
