**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Contract Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for managing site contract timelines for allocated studies. Your role will involve:

  • Managing site contract timelines to ensure timely completion of studies
  • Liaising with internal teams to monitor progress of negotiation processes
  • Collaborating with project management to review project status and identify areas for improvement
  • Reviewing contractual status to ensure compliance with contractual terms and milestones
  • Identifying changes in scope and ensuring contractual adjustments are made accordingly

**Key Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience as a Contract Specialist
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Contract Manager in a CRO or Pharma company
  • Experience in commercial studies
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
