We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Leader to join our team at Robert Walters Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation and corporate requirements in matters of Health, Safety, and Environment for our three legal entities located in Valles Oriental.
Key Accountabilities- Carry out risk assessments of jobs, products, processes, facilities, investments, and changes, and assess environmental aspects, proposing measures and actions to minimize or eliminate associated environmental risks and impacts.
- Conduct hygienic, ergonomic, and psychosocial measurements, and propose changes and improvements based on the results.
- Follow up on accidents, investigations of accidents, incidents, and occupational diseases occurring in the workplace, propose measures for their reduction, and regularly monitor the resulting actions in agreement with all involved parties.
- Participate in the review of the Prevention and Environment System documentation, propose improvements or new technical instructions for the workplace, conduct prevention and environmental training, and propose its content.
- Review, learn, and participate in the workplace's Emergency Plan, conduct and report on emergency drills, and monitor identified improvements.
- Manage the collection of information, report, and follow-up of HSE KPIs from the workplace, including waste management, water, energy, accidents, incidents, and other relevant metrics.
- Perform technical tasks associated with environmental vectors of the center, including waste management, atmospheric measurements, wastewater, energy, and other relevant activities.
- Make declarations to the administration, including waste declarations and other environmental controls.
- Participate in HS Committees and internal, external, and corporate audits, as well as networking and building relationships with internal departments, external prevention risk third parties, public, labor, industrial, health, and environmental administration, and approved inspection bodies and auditors.
